Order Processing
Every order placed at groceryguild is handled with prompt attention. We process all orders within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). For orders submitted before 2:00 PM Eastern Time, we aim to dispatch them on the same business day. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number so you can follow its journey in real time.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We offer several shipping options to suit your schedule. Delivery timelines begin after your order has been dispatched from our facility.

International Shipping
groceryguild proudly ships to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select European Union countries. International orders are typically delivered within 7–14 business days after dispatch. Please be aware that any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Order Tracking
We believe in full transparency. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. If you haven’t seen an update within 3 business days of receiving your order confirmation, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing us with your order number. While we will do our best to accommodate changes made after that window, we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified once the order enters processing.
